| | I can't stand how such precious items somehow end up in the hands of someone who doesn't really appreciate them and only sees dollar signs when they look at them.
If I had them they would mean the world to me. I would cherish them and love them and use them as a sweet reminder of a loved one passed. I would hold them dear and pass them to my children and make sure they never left the family.
It breaks my heart to think these treasures, the last few remaining pieces in a jigsaw puzzle of family memories that are slowly fading away, are probably just going to be sold to the highest bidder.
I know rules had to be adhered to, but I wish things could have been different. They would have meant the world to me. |
